CES Express

Achieving gains of up to 25% in explosive strength, speed and lean muscle mass in fully developed professional athletes has been the norm for CES for over 30 years. So what’s the secret to these kinds of results at the highest levels of competitive sports? How does the CES System work?

The CES Proprietary Training System was developed by world-renowned sports performance coaches, Chip Smith and Robby Stewart. Based upon the principals of resistance, over-speed and reaction training in sport specific, position specific and movement specific applications, the documented results of more than 1,000 professional male and female athletes in nearly a dozen sports are amazing. From the traditional American competitive sports of football, basketball and baseball, to the Olympic and international sports of volleyball, tennis, golf, lacrosse and softball, there simply is not a sport in which the CES Training System cannot be applied affectively. Any athlete, male or female in any sport at any age can utilize the CES Campus System to become measurably more explosive, more athletic and more competitive by applying the CES Campus program to their specific sport, position within that sport, and movements within their position.

In under two hours a day, both in-season and in “off season” training regiments…both on the field, court or diamond, as well as in the strength training room, the CES system has made average athletes good, good athletes great, and great athletes into All-Americans.
