Providing COMBINE CALIBER programs that give you the edge over your competition is the mandate for every athlete that trains with CES Performance. Weather it is to improve your vertical leap, stamina or skills that will increase your draft position or to make that all-important first impression at the tryout, to keeping your body at a higher level of performance so you can be a greater asset longer in the league. CES Performance creates the results and improved performance that will get you there. The CES Performance Training program is tailored to focus on your specific needs and desired results whether it is on, speed development, endurance and weight management, developing total body power, core strength, flexibility, and position specific mobility is our top off-season priorities.

Because of the extreme physical demands
during the 9-month season, it is imperative
that players have a plan for how to get their
bodies fully recovered from the grind of
the past season as well as how to maintain
their bodies to last for a longer and
potentially more lucrative career.

There are two ways we create All Star performance in every player. CES Premier Pro Basketball program and the CES off -season combine training program.

The CES Pro Basketball Performance program includes testing and tailored made exercises to develop position specific skills, core strength development, agility, speed, and injury rehab. This specific and tailored system will increase your performance so you can dominate the competition on the field. With the proper assessment and evaluation of the results of these criteria CES will unlock the All-Star performance edge in all basketball players.

CES Off-Season Training creates basketball-specific training tailored to give every player we train the focus and explosion they need on the court.

Kevin Willis
Kevin Willis (Retired 22 year veteran
and NBA Champion)
Pro Basketball is a game that requires specialized skills and movements, physical endurance, speed, power, and mental toughness. Our team of certified trainers and specialized skill coaches give players access to resources never before assembled to help them reach their goals. Here are a few of our pro basketball skill trainers and coaching affiliates:

Kevin Willis
Kevin Willis played in the NBA every year between the ages of 22 and 42, and then made a brief comeback aged 44. The 21 years of experience above is tied for most all time with Robert Parrish, and Willis was also the second oldest player to ever play in the NBA. (The only older player was a coach, Nat Hickey. who played 1 game back in the 1940's for no real reason other than his team was 4-25.)

Willis was most successful in the NBA as a rebounder and as any scout will tell you, wingspan is integral to rebounding. But Willis didn't seem to need a good windspan to be one of the per-minute rebounders in the NBA for two decades. He once averaged 15.5 rebounds per game in a season.

Willis had good size, was always in great shape, and never seemed to get injured. These were the secret to his longevity, as was his talent; Willis didn't just rebound, as he could score on the interior as well. His longevity may be the most memorable thing about his NBA career, but it's certainly not the only thing he had going for him. He could play.
